Our 4-star self-catering holiday cottages nestle in a private valley - an idyllic location from which to explore this glorious part of South Devon. The cottages are comfortably furnished for year-round holidays, with full heating, woodburners and spa baths, and private gardens with valley views. Dogs are welcome here.

Guests can enjoy birdwatching from their doorstep, or take the nature walk around our meadows, woodland and ponds. We are close to the beautiful beaches of Start Bay and the South West Coast Path, the historic village of Slapton, the estuary towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe, and several coastal and inland golf courses.

Directions

from Totnes: take the A381 towards Kingsbridge. Continue through the villages of Harbertonford and Halwell and past the Totnes Cross Filling Station. About 1 mile after this turn left into the lane signposted Slapton and East Allington (the turning is on a sharp right-hand bend in the main road). Go down this road for approximately 3.3 miles then turn right signposted Dittiscombe. After approximately 1.3 miles you will see on the right a sign for the Dittiscombe Equestrian Centre with wooden fencing and a private lane. Turn right here and with the horse stables and cream bungalow on your left continue down this private lane and the farmhouse will be found at the bottom by the gravel car park.
